We send your payment and order confirmation instantly. We will then send your travel vouchers once the transport provider has accepted your booking. Please check your spam folder if you have not received these emails. We always ensure your travel vouchers and pick-up instructions are sent at least 24 hours before your journey.
Private Transfers: For transfers from an airport, port or station, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall, or the meeting point specified on your travel voucher, holding a sign or tablet with your name. When collecting you from your accommodation, the driver will inform the hotel reception and wait in the lobby or outside.
Shuttle Transfers: For transfers from an airport or port, please follow the instructions on your travel voucher. The shuttle provider will have desk at the airport. Pick-up arrangements for your return trip are confirmed by SMS and email no later than 12 hours before departure.
Private Transfers: There are no extra charges for luggage on private transfers. You are booking the entire vehicle for your group. However, your luggage must fit safely inside the vehicle. If your group brings more luggage than the vehicle can safely carry, we will contact you. We can then arrange a larger vehicle, a roof rack, or a trailer with the transport provider.
Shuttle Transfers: Each paying passenger (excluding infants) can bring one medium suitcase or cabin-size case. Suitcases must not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. You may also bring one small personal item, such as a handbag, to keep with you inside the vehicle.
