The prices shown are the total one-way costs for your group. They include flight tracking, a meet-and-greet service at the airport, and door-to-door transport. Local service charges are included. Tips are entirely optional.

Private Transfers: This is a vehicle reserved exclusively for your group. The driver will meet you in the arrivals hall and take you directly to your address. You can also choose your own return pick-up time.

Shuttle Transfers: This is a shared vehicle, such as a minibus or coach. The local transport provider coordinates the route and pick-up times. Shuttles stop at major hotels and popular locations. A standard shuttle may make ten or more stops. An Express Shuttle is usually limited to four stops.

Yes. You can book child seats for any private car or minivan transfer. First, search for your route to view the available vehicles. Click ‘Select’ on your preferred vehicle to view the available extras.

• Child seats are forward-facing. They are suitable for toddlers weighing 9–18 kg (approximately 9 months to 4 years).
• Booster seats are suitable for children weighing 15–36 kg (approximately 4–12 years).

If you are travelling with a baby under 9 months, please bring your own rear-facing baby seat.

Private Transfers: There are no extra charges for luggage on private transfers. You are booking the entire vehicle for your group. However, your luggage must fit safely inside the vehicle. If your group brings more luggage than the vehicle can safely carry, we will contact you. We can then arrange a larger vehicle, a roof rack, or a trailer with the transport provider.

Shuttle Transfers: Each paying passenger (excluding infants) can bring one medium suitcase or cabin-size case. Suitcases must not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. You may also bring one small personal item, such as a handbag, to keep with you inside the vehicle.

Private Transfers: For transfers from an airport, port or station, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall, or the meeting point specified on your travel voucher, holding a sign or tablet with your name. When collecting you from your accommodation, the driver will inform the hotel reception and wait in the lobby or outside.

Shuttle Transfers: For transfers from an airport or port, please follow the instructions on your travel voucher. The shuttle provider will have desk at the airport. Pick-up arrangements for your return trip are confirmed by SMS and email no later than 12 hours before departure.

Yes. The transport provider tracks your flight details and adjusts your pick-up time if there is a delay.

If your flight is diverted to a nearby airport, the airline will charter buses to bring passengers to the destination airport and the transport provider will arrange for the driver to collect you from the bus.
