We are pleased to provide a comprehensive attribution list for rights protected media used within our website. In the table below we credit each creator and, where requested, provide a link to their profile page.
In case of errors or omissions, or if we have failed to understand how an image or video could be used, we kindly ask that you contact us at support@bravotransfers.com so that we can swiftly remedy the mistake. Our use of images and video is guided by our Image Attribution Policy. Furthermore, we remind website visitors that copyright and all associated rights belong to us and/or the media creator, and that permission must be sought before reusing or redistributing rights protected media.
You will find our full Image Attribution Policy below the following attribution list.
Bravo Transfers (also referred to as, ‘us’, ‘we’, or ‘the company’) operates an ethical policy with regard to the use of photographic images and video throughout this website.
Images and video on the website may have been commissioned by us, and such media is the property of the company. Copyright and all associated rights belong to Bravo Transfers. Where additional imagery has been used, the relevant permissions have been sought. Copyright and all associated rights belong to Bravo Transfers and/or the photographer/owner of the image. For example, some images were purchased via Shutterstock, Inc. and are used in accordance with their terms and conditions.
Where required, such as under a Creative Commons license, we make every effort to credit the photographer and to attribute images to the correct source by linking to and including an entry on this page. If you are aware of any discrepancies please contact us and we will respond as quickly as possible. In the event that we have inadvertently infringed on an individual’s or company’s copyright by using images which we believed we had permission to use, we would ask the copyright holder to notify us of the infringement in writing (commonly called a ‘take down notice’), and we will take the offending image or images down immediately. We pledge to take down any offending image or images within 2 business days of receiving a take down notice.
Any errors of this kind will be accidental as we make every effort to abide by international copyright law. As such we will vigorously defend any attempt to bring claims for retro-active licence fees and/or damages against the company. In short, if an error has been made, it was made unintentionally and in the event of this happening, the company would expect the ‘injured’ party to recognise this and accept that any infringement is not intentional, malicious or for profit.
We respect the rights of photographers and copyright holders, and ask website visitors to do the same. Without limitation, copying, re-publication, distribution or any other use of the images on this website is strictly forbidden without the express written permission of the copyright holder and Bravo Transfers.
