Changes & Cancellations

To make changes to your booking, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service Team. Last minute changes may not be possible. Charges will apply for upgrades and extras.

To cancel your booking go to the ‘My Account’ area, click on ‘Bookings’ then click on the ‘Cancel’ link against the booking you wish to cancel.

We process refunds automatically to the payment card used to make the booking and send a confirmation by email. if you have received the confirmation email, please check with your bank as refunds may not show on your account for a few days. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service Team and we’ll look into it.

To upgrade to a larger vehicle please contact our 24/7 Customer Service Team.

Customers who purchased Flexifare and contact us before the schedule transfer pick-up time can reschedule without charge or choose to receive a full refund. If you didn’t include Flexifare you may be able to claim out-of-pocket expenses from your airline.

Minor changes are amendments which you or a Customer Service Agent can make to a booking record that have no availability or financial implications.

We consider amendments to the date, time, route, passengers, vehicle and extras to be major changes as an additional payment may be due and we may need to schedule a different vehicle.
