Changes & Cancellations

To make changes to your booking, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service Team. Last minute changes may not be possible. Charges will apply for upgrades and extras.

You may cancel a transport service by calling our 24/7 Customer Service Team and confirming the cancellation verbally or sending an email from the address provided within the Booking clearly stating the Transport Service(s) that you wish to cancel. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the pick-up time will be charged in full and no refund will be due.

We process refunds automatically to the payment card used to make the booking and send a confirmation by email. if you have received the confirmation email, please check with your bank as refunds may not show on your account for a few days. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service Team and we’ll look into it.
