Yes, child seats can be booked for any of our services performed in cars or minivans. To book a child or baby seat, first search for a route to see all available vehicle types, then click ‘Select’ to reveal a vehicle’s extras.

Baby seats are forward-facing and suitable for toddlers weighing 9-18 kg (approx. 9 months to 4 years).

Booster seats are suitable for children weighing 15-36 kilos (approx. 4-12 years).

Customers travelling with a baby under 9 months should bring their own rear-facing travel cot.

Private Transfers

There is no fixed entitlement and no charge for items of luggage. You are booking the vehicle for your private use, so we don’t believe you should pay extra to put luggage inside it. If the luggage you plan to bring exceeds the safe capacity of the vehicle you selected, we will inform you and offer alternatives such as upgrading to a larger vehicle or adding a roof rack or trailer to your booking.

Shuttle Transfers

You can bring one regular size suitcase no larger than 69cm x 47cm x 29cm or cabin-size trolley case per passenger (excluding infants). Any additional luggage must be no larger than a handbag and carried with you inside the shuttle vehicle.

For private ski transfers, there is no charge for carriage of snowboards, skis and ski boots. Please declare your luggage in your booking so that we can check the vehicle selected is suitable for your party.

Please book a private transfer if you wish to bring sports equipment. Please declare sports equipment in your booking so that we can check the vehicle selected is suitable for your party. There is no charge for declared sports equipment. Please note, we only accept bicycles that are boxed.

If the person with reduced mobility usually travels with a lightweight foldable wheelchair and can board the service vehicle on their own (or with the assistance of a member of your party), then we invite you to book any vehicle on our website and declare the foldable wheelchair as an item of luggage. We also offer wheelchair adapted vehicles for many popular routes.

Please send an email to our 24/7 Customer Service Team to check whether you are able to add a pet your transport service. Special Requests are not confirmed until they are included in your Travel Voucher. Please note that Special Requests are not usually possible at short notice.

Insofar as local laws and regulations allow, we are delighted to provide transport services for owners and their registered guide/assistance dogs. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to travel with a guide/assistance dog.

Please send an email to our 24/7 Customer Service Team describing the lost item. We will contact the driver to check whether your item has been found. If the item is found, you will be able to collect it from the transport operators’ offices. Alternatively they can arrange for a courier to collect and deliver the item at your expense to an address you provide.
